All designs, artwork, sock patterns, logos, taglines, and content on jumplings.in are the exclusive intellectual property of Jumplings. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of our designs or content without prior written permission. Unauthorised use may result in legal action under the Copyright Act, 1957 and Trade Marks Act, 1999.
Jumplings shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability in any matter shall be limited to the value of the order placed by you.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from your use of this website or your purchase shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India. We encourage customers to first contact us to resolve disputes amicably.

📌 Short version: Not happy? Return within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange — no questions asked, as long as the socks are unworn and in original packaging.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a free pickup and send a replacement or full refund — at our expense.
Want a different size or design? We offer free exchanges within 7 days of delivery, subject to stock availability. Contact us to arrange an exchange — we'll send the new pair once we receive the original.
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them, provided the order has not been dispatched. To cancel, contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email with your Order ID. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible — you may return the product after delivery.

📌 Free shipping on all orders above ₹499. Standard delivery within 3-5 business days across India.
We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes across India. We do not currently offer international shipping. To check if we deliver to your pin code, enter it at checkout.
Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed before 2 PM IST are typically dispatched the same day.
Once your order is dispatched, our logistics partner will send you an SMS and/or email directly with a tracking number and a clickable link to track your shipment on their website in real time. Please ensure your mobile number and email address are correct at checkout.
If you do not receive tracking details within 48 hours of your order confirmation, please contact us at jumplingsdelhi@gmail.com or WhatsApp us with your Order ID.
We work with reputed logistics partners including Shiprocket, Delhivery, Blue Dart, and DTDC to ensure timely and safe delivery. The shipping partner may vary based on your location and availability.
If a delivery attempt fails (no one available, incorrect address, etc.), the courier will make up to 2 additional attempts. If all attempts fail, the package will be returned to us. In such cases, please contact us to arrange re-delivery (additional shipping charges may apply) or request a refund (shipping charges will be deducted).
If your package arrives damaged or tampered, please take photos immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
