If you have Got any defective piece then capture it and send its images then a dedicated point of contact will be arranged to guide you through the entire process. We always go the extra mile to help our customers and to make sure they are happy.

3. Exchange Process:

  • If you wish to exchange an item for a different one, please follow the return process and specify in your request that you would like an exchange. We will process the exchange as soon as we receive your returned item.
